So here I am sitting down one day when I finally realise I need to lose weight and I need to take it seriously trying to. I grew up active often playing sport 5 days a week at least. But once high school ended sport dropped off and work increased causing me to gain weight. I topped out at 119 KGS which was a big shock when I found out. I have never been a small guy in stature or build and was always told I'd make a good prop in rugby but 119kgs was way too much to weigh.
I recently got engaged to the girl of my dreams who is thin and beautiful and fit! Jealousy central of her but I have 10 months until my wedding. My ain is to reach 100kgs for my wedding on the 21st of November so we will see how that challenge goes. I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to weight loss and will just learn along the way so please feel free to join me and stay in contact throughout
